Homewood Suites by Hilton Fort Smith

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Everyone greeted us with a smile at every encounter. I would definitely use this location again and again!

Bottom Line: No hesitation to book a room here after numerous statys. I've stayed here numerous times and have never been disappointed. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. Bathrooms are clean and give plenty of counter space if you're staying for a while and want to spread out. The full sized refrigerator and electric stovetop are great for long term meal planning. I don't request room service every day but when I need a one off item they have always been there for me. If it has been an odd hours request the front desk is quick to help. Speaking of the front desk, they are the most gracious and helpful people I've ever come across whether its the aforementioned odd hours request or adjusting my stay schedule. It's a fantastic feeling that they remember my name and have been anticipating my usual requests. The location is incredibly easy to get into from a stop light intersection while also not being surrounded by other businesses helping keep it quiet. Phoenix Ave has gas and restaurants if needed but you've also got easy access to Rogers Ave that runs the length of the entire city and has the majority of businesses and access to downtown.

Hi, this is our second time to stay at Homewood suites at this Fort Smith location. Our next upcoming stay is Saturday through Sunday, jan31-Feb 1. Addie at the front desk is very helpful, kind & went out of her way to assist us with a cancellation the day prior due to an ice storm. Calls were coming in & she was very busy but took the time to help at all costs. The last time we stayed, your front office & staff were superior as well. We even left a sweatshirt in our room & housekeeping saved for us. 10 stars to Homewood Suites - Ft Smith & to Addie!!!!!! Thank you!

My mom had passed in the days that I had stayed. ADDI was amazing!!! Anything That my family needed she provided. You have an amazing gem in this beautiful soul. I cannot say enough about her and her attention to detail. I will definitely be returning to this hotel when staying in Fort Smith. Thank you Addi for going above and beyond in my time of sorrow. I will forever remember you kindness.

Special shout out to Addie at the front desk!! I had some travel difficulties and ended up coming in much earlier than planned but she was extremely helpful in pointing me to a place to eat while keeping me in the loop of the status of the room. She was extremely helpful and friendly! The lobby and room were also clean and smelled nice!

Excellent from start to finish. Staff was pleasant and accommodating. Marka was kind who checked is in and the gentleman that checked us out the next morning was pleasant. The room was spacious and clean. Bed comfortable. No complaints everything was perfect. We loved it!

I loved my stay at homewood suites. All the staff was amazing and really welcoming. Marka and Addie in front desk were so kind and friendly. Tommy and Jesse were also great. Room was spotless and I will be stopping there again if I’m in the area. Hotel is in a good location with grocery stores nearby as well as some good restaurants! Overall very pleased with my stay and the professionalism and kindness of the staff made it feel like home
